We would like to sincerely apologise for any confusion caused by the name and concept of our venture. Our intention was always to create a positive resource to help people find safe outdoor spaces, and we deeply regret any misunderstanding that has arisen.

However, we do not condone or support the negative, hurtful messages that have been sent to us or to the charities we featured on our site. This experience has shown us how quickly things can become unpleasant, and we want to make it clear that we do not tolerate any form of hostility or vicious behavior.

We also wish to extend our apologies to the charities we highlighted — we did not anticipate that this situation would unfold in this way. While we have received some harsh and unkind messages, we want to be clear that we will not highlight or give attention to those individuals, nor will we comment on who they claim to be associated with. Our focus remains on positivity and support.

We want to be transparent that we are currently reviewing our domain name in light of recent feedback. Unfortunately, we have already invested a considerable amount of time and money into setting up this venture, which makes changes challenging. Nevertheless, we are taking your concerns seriously and are carefully considering our next steps.

Our local area of Wombourne does not have anything like this, and our goal was to fill that gap by sharing well-reviewed Staffordshire charities and resources. With my husband soon leaving the services, we saw this as a positive way to discover opportunities in our community and support others in doing the same.

Our hope remains that everyone can move forward positively and with kindness. We thank you for your understanding and support.
